Tips for Best Results

  • Match the countersink angle to the fastener spec — 82° for ANSI, 90° for DIN/ISO metric flat-head screws
  • Consider which side of the part is accessible during assembly when choosing top or bottom placement
  • Ensure a through-hole exists at each countersink location for the fastener to pass through
  • Verify the outer diameter matches the fastener head so it sits fully flush
