Configuration Options
Each countersink is defined by three parameters:

|---|---|---|
| Angle | 82° or 90° | 82° for ANSI flat-head screws, 90° for DIN 965 / ISO 10642 metric flat-head screws |

| Outer Diameter | mm or inches | Must match the fastener head diameter for a flush fit |
Design Guidelines
Tips for Best Results
- Match the countersink angle to the fastener spec — 82° for ANSI, 90° for DIN/ISO metric flat-head screws
- Consider which side of the part is accessible during assembly when choosing top or bottom placement
- Ensure a through-hole exists at each countersink location for the fastener to pass through
- Verify the outer diameter matches the fastener head so it sits fully flush
