We offer professional powder coating services to give your parts a durable and attractive finish. Powder coating provides excellent protection against corrosion, wear, and UV damage.

Design Requirements
Minimum Hole Size
Parts must have at least one hole with a diameter of 2.2 mm or larger to be eligible for powder coating. Holes are used to hang parts during the coating process.
If all holes on your part are smaller than 2.2 mm, or your part has no holes at all, powder coating will be unavailable at checkout.

Pricing
The total powder coating charge is calculated as:
$15.00 (order base fee) + ($0.008 × surface area in cm² × quantity) + (per-part labor × quantity)
Per-Part Labor
Labor covers sandblasting, racking, masking, spraying, curing, unracking, and inspection. Pricing is tiered by quantity:

Small-part rates apply when the flat bounding box fits within 4" × 2" (101.6 mm × 50.8 mm), since these parts can be sandblasted in our automated tumbler.
