Feature Size Guidelines

The minimum feature size depends on material type and thickness. Here are some general guidelines:

Holes

  • Minimum diameter: 1x material thickness
  • Optimal diameter: 1.5x material thickness or larger

Slots

  • Minimum width: 1x material thickness
  • Optimal width: 1.5x material thickness or larger
