About the role
You'll run the CNC lasers that start nearly every order we make, turning flat sheet into precision parts for customers across the country. Programs and nests come from our in-house software, so your focus is running the machine well: setup, cut quality, and keeping parts flowing.
What you'll do
- Load sheet material and run cutting programs on our CNC lasers
- Unload, sort, and label finished parts so they're ready for the next station
- Work from your station screen, which shows your queue, programs, and drawings
- Keep your machine and work area clean, safe, and organized, and flag problems early
What you bring
- Experience running a CNC laser or other CNC equipment preferred; we'll train the right person
- Comfortable interacting with CAD files and measuring with calipers and a tape measure
- Attention to detail and pride in good parts
- Reliable, on time, and safety-minded
- Able to stand for a full shift and lift sheet material and parts (up to about 50 lbs), with or without reasonable accommodation
Pay depends on experience.
