Bend angles from 1° to 90°. Angles greater than 90° and hemmed edges are not possible with our current tooling.

Bends start at $4.00 each and drop with volume — $3.00 per bend at 2+ parts, $2.50 at 10+, $2.00 at 50+, and $1.00 at 100+ parts.
What is the minimum flange length?
Half the V-die opening, which typically works out to at least 4x the material thickness.
