We hold ±0.005" on overall dimensions for all laser cut materials, with automatic kerf compensation and excellent repeatability between parts.
What materials can you laser cut?
Aluminum (5052-H32, 6061-T6), steel (cold rolled, hot rolled, and galvanized G90), and stainless steel (304 in brushed #4 and 2B mill finishes, plus 316 and 430 in select thicknesses). Additional materials are available on request.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. You can order a single part, and volume pricing automatically lowers the per-part cost on larger quantities.
How fast are laser cut parts made and shipped?
Lead times start at 1-2 days. Parts ship from our factory in Fort Worth, TX to anywhere in the continental US.
How small can holes and slots be?
Minimum hole diameter and slot width is 1x the material thickness. For the cleanest, most repeatable results, use 1.5x the material thickness or larger.
