About the role
Production Support Technicians keep every order moving after it's cut and bent. You'll learn several stations, finish parts so they're ready for the customer, and get a close look at how the whole factory runs. It's where many of our machine operators got their start.
What you'll do
- Tap threaded holes and countersink holes to spec
- Deburr and finish part edges so parts are safe and clean
- Press in hardware such as nuts, studs, and standoffs
- Check parts against digital instructions and catch problems before they move on
- Move parts between stations and keep work areas clean and organized
What you bring
- No experience required; we'll train you
- Good with your hands and careful with details
- Willing to learn to read digital instructions and use measuring tools
- Reliable, on time, and safety-minded
- Able to stand for a full shift and lift parts (up to about 50 lbs), with or without reasonable accommodation
