How It Works

Upload a STEP file of your assembly to our quoting page and use our software to annotate your welds. Our system will automatically calculate pricing based on weld length and complexity.

For stitch welds, select a weld in the Welds tab and choose Stitch. Enter stitch length, pitch, and start offset in millimetres, then apply the pattern. Pitch is the distance between stitch starts: 25 mm stitches at 65 mm pitch leave 40 mm gaps. The last stitch stops at the path end. The viewer shows each bead, and welding and grinding pricing excludes the gaps.

Weld Finish

Welds come as-is with minimal grinding. We clean off splatter and excess material, but currently do not grind welds down to a smooth finish. This ensures fast turnaround times while maintaining structural integrity.
