How we ship your parts, what qualifies for free shipping, and when freight is required
Free Standard Shipping
All orders that meet our standard shipping requirements ship free via FedEx Ground. No minimum order value required.
Typical delivery is 2-5 business days after production is complete, depending on your location.
Standard Shipping Requirements
Your order qualifies for free FedEx shipping if every part in your order meets all of the following:
- Longest dimension is 48" or less
- Second longest dimension is 30" or less
- Part weight is 50 lbs or less
- Dimensional weight is 50 lbs or less
Additionally, the total order weight must be 200 lbs or less.
How dimensional weight is calculated
Dimensional weight = (L × W × H) ÷ 139, where L, W, and H are the part's bounding box dimensions in inches. Carriers use whichever is greater — actual weight or dimensional weight — to determine shipping eligibility.
Freight Shipping (LTL)
If any part in your order exceeds the standard shipping limits above, your order will automatically be routed to LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight via FedEx Freight. A flat $200 freight surcharge is applied at checkout.
Freight delivery is typically 3 business days after production is complete.
What triggers freight shipping?
- Any part longer than 48"
- Any part with a second dimension over 30"
- Any part weighing more than 50 lbs
- Any part with a dimensional weight over 50 lbs
- Total order weight over 200 lbs
Production Lead Times
Shipping timelines begin after production is complete. Production time depends on which services your parts require:

Orders placed before 10:00 AM CST begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM CST begin the following day.
Shipping Coverage
We ship to the continental United States (48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally.
In-store pickup is available at our factory in Fort Worth, TX. Selecting in-store pickup waives the freight surcharge for oversized or heavy orders.
